Seacroft Ford staff were good because . The car I found on the Seacroft website was was exactly what I was looking for and was too good to miss . It was still under preparation when I test drove it but still looked good . When I went to pick up the car to be purchased it had been fully prepared to a high standard .

Seacroft Ford were fantastic because they are always helpful in the sale of there vehicles and have great selection of vehicles to suit anyone and will show you all you need.

My experience at Seacroft Ford was positive because, they are not pushy. I trust them, I like to deal with a local independent business, great choice of vehicles. Richard helped me throughout the whole process. He also helped me with deciding which was the best route forward with the car. I feel they are honest and not just pushing to get a sale. They are on the end of the phone for you , aftersales is brilliant and they go out of their way to sort anything out.
It's my second purchase from Seacroft Mablethorpe, & it won't be the last. The whole team are friendly & helpful.

My experience at Seacroft Ford was brilliant. Steve was so helpful, informative and efficient. With a fantastic welcoming manner. Really made me feel secure and trust in his advice. Kept me updated with every step of the purchase process. Even came in on his day off for the final handover. Can’t fault his customer service. Only issue have is on second day of ownership of the car. If gave an engine fault. But again Steve and the service member of team ( apologies I didn’t catch his name) were fantastic. Provided me with a rental car and issue was sorted within the week. However I will admit it has now made me nervous about the car now. But am hoping more I drive it this feeling will fade. Plus that if anything else goes wrong I have full confidence that it will be sorted.
